The kiwi in this smoothie gives it a tart flavor, while the celery and cucumber cool it down. A beautiful vibrant green color and packed with nutrients!
Recipe:
1 cup of Power Greens (spinach, kale, chard)
2 ripe kiwis (skin removed)
1 banana
1 celery stalk
1/3 cucumber
1/2 cup of liquid (water, non-dairy milk, etc)
- Blend liquid with greens until smooth
- Add rest of ingredients, blend
- Add decorations (cut up kiwi, cucumber) to the inside of jar
- Slowly pour smoothie into jar
- Enjoy!
