Cool Kiwi Smoothie

The kiwi in this smoothie gives it a tart flavor, while the celery and cucumber cool it down. A beautiful vibrant green color and packed with nutrients!

Recipe:

1 cup of Power Greens (spinach, kale, chard)

2 ripe kiwis (skin removed)

1 banana

1 celery stalk

1/3 cucumber

1/2 cup of liquid (water, non-dairy milk, etc)

  1. Blend liquid with greens until smooth
  2. Add rest of ingredients, blend
  3. Add decorations (cut up kiwi, cucumber) to the inside of jar
  4. Slowly pour smoothie into jar
  5. Enjoy!
