Recipe:
1 orange
1/2 cup strawberries
1 banana
2 kiwis
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 – 1/2 cup liquid of choice (non-dairy milk, coconut water, juice, etc)
- Freeze fruit for at least 30 minutes, blend with liquid and oats
- Use less liquid to make a thicker smoothie for smoothie bowl
- If making a smoothie bowl, add toppings (fruit, seeds, nuts, granola)
